If you're shopping for car lifts, you've probably been doing your homework, surfing the web. And you should! The web has created a buyer's market and distributors have to be competitive. If you've been comparing prices, you already know that you won't find our BendPak® car lifts and shop equipment priced lower anywhere.

So, what questions should you ask before spending your money?

Who is the manufacturer?

Buy your auto lift from a solid, long-standing manufacturer. We have a list of over 50 auto lift companies and 80% of them have gone out of business at least once (and some several times). Just try and get parts for your lift!

        

All of our auto lifts, with the exception of the Dannmar Lifts, are manufactured by BendPak®has been making auto lifts for nearly 40 years. (Again, important when you need to get a part.) BendPak manufactures over 50 different models of car lifts - more than any other lift maker in the industry. BendPak® car lifts are ALI and ETI certified. Who should you call if you have a problem with your lift? 800 346 5331

Taking your money is the easy part, but if you read the fine print on many lift sites you're told to contact the manufacturer if the lift is not working or you have a problem with the lift. The manufacturer didn't sell you the lift - the distributor did!

If you ever have a problem with any lift you purchase from us - you should call us! Often we can diagnose the problem over the phone and if not, we'll contact BendPak® service department and get the problem fixed! And we are available seven days a week. We even pick up the phone on holidays.

Is the distributor willing to spend time talking to you and answering your questions even if you're not ready to buy?

Our philosophy is "the advice (if not the equipment) is always free!" and we're more than happy to talk-shop! We've been selling and repairing car lifts for 25 years and we're here to help you make a decision - even if you don't buy a lift from us.

Like I said - taking your money is the easy part, but before you spend a couple of thousand dollars you should be able ask as many questions as you want, in order to make sure you're getting the exact auto lift that will do the job for you, that it will fit in the space you have, that your ceiling is high enough, or anything else you're concerned about. If that means calling back 6 times - then you should feel comfortable doing just that.

What is the delivery charge?

Our lift prices include FREE SHIPPING to direct points within 48-contiguous states. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii give us a call. (Price depends on destination city and weight of equipment ordered). You will need a way to take the lift off the back of the delivering truck. (The commercial trucking companies who deliver the lifts, levy a $40 charge for residential delivery . You can avoid that charge if you pick the lift up at the terminal nearest to you and we will provide you with that information.) Click here read the shipping guidelines. Dannmar lifts (D models) do not include shipping!  Shipping will be added at checkout.

Every lift comes with all the hardware you need, (including bolts and shims).  All you have to supply is hydraulic fluid and the electrical hook-up. FOR THE BendPak FOUR POST LIFTS YOU'LL NEED AN AIR COMPRESSOR TO OPERATE THE LOCKS.
